1. Platform Overview

eAlpha is an online electronic multivendor marketplace in Nepal that connects customers with verified third-party vendors. eAlpha facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but does not own or manufacture all listed products unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use eAlpha, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under parental/guardian supervision
2. Provide accurate and complete registration details
3. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
4. Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. User Accounts

1. Users are responsible for maintaining account security
2. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately
3. eAlpha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations

4. Products and Vendors

1. Products are listed and sold by independent vendors
2. eAlpha does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness of all listings, though we strive for quality control
3. Vendors are responsible for product authenticity, pricing, warranties, and fulfillment

5. Orders and Acceptance

1. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance
2. Orders are confirmed only after verification and vendor approval
3. eAlpha reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion

6. Pricing and Payments

1. All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise
2. Prices may change without prior notice
3. Payments must be made through approved payment methods on the platform
4. eAlpha is not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized or failed payment transactions caused by third-party providers

7. Shipping and Delivery

1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and vendor
2. eAlpha is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or external factors
3. Risk of product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by their respective policies. Customers are advised to review these policies before making a purchase.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

1. Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
2. Post false reviews or misleading information
3. Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
4. Violate intellectual property rights
5. Use the platform for unauthorized commercial activities

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on eAlpha, including logos, branding, software, design, text, and graphics, is the property of Alpha Technology Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. eAlpha is not responsible for product defects, vendor misconduct, or third-party service failures
2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
3. Our role is limited to facilitating transactions between buyers and vendors

12. Privacy

Your use of eAlpha is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

13. Suspension and Termination

eAlpha reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or service access if:

1. Terms are violated
2. Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
3. Required by law or regulatory authorities

14. Changes to Terms

eAlpha may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.
